WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Each gift is created individually for you and personalised to your specific requirements therefore unless the item is faulty or there has been an error on my part, returns unfortunately can not be accepted. This does not effect your statutory rights
How long will my order take?
When you place an order, you will be notified with regards to how long your order will take to be made and delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on what you have ordered. We carefully create your personalised order and endeavour to get this made within 7 days. Once your order has been created and sent out for delivery you will receive a dispatch notification. If you have any questions, you can contact us any time alternatively, we will also send out updates.
Can you create anything?
We will always endeavour to meet your requirements unless of course something is out of stock or impossible, in which case we will discuss alternatives. Feel free to discuss your ideas with us and we can try and make them happen.
